Help for Remote Learning Students

If you are a remote learning student or a parent/guardian of a remote learning student, please follow these steps if you are having issues regarding the technology.

  1.     Contact the school the student attends and report the problem. A teacher or technology ambassador may can assist you right away.
  2.     Send a e-mail to explaining the problem and a phone number to call you back. Someone should contact you within 1 business day.
